I have used Milliken's napery for years but a trip to the Milliken museum revealed my very limited knowledge of the extraordinary array and diversification of everyday consumer products and services developed by the R & D talent of Milliken. This in itself was worth the visit. The tours of production plants were edifying and the coup de grace was the splendid Milliken Guest House for evening cocktails, inventive hors d'oeuvres, and significant pairings of wonderful wines with exquisite food, appropriate merriment and conversation. I guess you can teach an old dog new tricks!
